Canteen
Welcome to Our School Canteen!
At ISOP, we know how important fresh, healthy meals are for our students. Our canteen team works hard to keep prices stable throughout the year, but in some cases rising costs leave us with little choice but to make adjustments. For this academic year, both meal prices and some canteen procedures have been updated. Please click the links below for details.
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we remain committed to providing our students with the highest quality meals each day.

Lunch Pricing Update for the 2025–2026 School Year
We would like to inform our school community of updated lunch pricing for the upcoming school year. At ISOP, we make every effort to keep prices stable throughout the academic year, and we are pleased to have maintained this commitment over the past year. The prices set for the upcoming year are not expected to change, except in the unlikely event of extreme inflationary pressures. Our priority remains providing fresh, high-quality meals for all students each day.
New Pricing (Effective School Year 2025-2026)
- PYP Students: 20 PLN per meal
- Middle & High School Students: 25 PLN per meal
- Lactose-Free Meal: 30 PLN per meal
- Reduced Gluten Meal: 30 PLN per meal
- Vegetarian Option: Available at the standard price (20 PLN or 25 PLN depending on grade level)
Please note: Individual components (e.g., soup, salad) are not available separately.
Meal Plan Selection:
Student profiles on the Lunch Ordering platform are pre-programmed by the school section (PYP, MS, or HS) to ensure accurate billing and meal preparation.
If you’d like your child to receive a Vegetarian, Reduced-Gluten, or Lactose-Free meal, please email isop.canteen@isop.pl with your child’s full name and grade and we will make the necessary changes in the student profile.
Lunch Access & Procedures
To help our lunch service run smoothly for everyone, it’s important that students pre-order their meals and bring their key fob each day. When these steps aren’t followed, it can cause delays at the counter, make it difficult to plan the right number of meals, and increase the administrative workload.
Students must use their key fobs at the canteen counter to receive lunch. For students that have ordered their lunch prior to September 29, 2025 they will be able to collect their key fobs on the first day of school.
How to Order Lunch
- Register and fund your account at poznanisop.loca.pl
- Once logged in, you can order lunches for a specific day, selected days, or for the entire month
- View the monthly menu under the “Declarations” tab
- Meals can be ordered up until 6:00 am on the day the meal is served
How to Cancel a Lunch
- Cancellations must be submitted by 6:00 am on the day the meal is served. After this time, the system automatically locks and no further changes can be made. Meals not cancelled by 6:00 am—or missed entirely—will still be charged, as they will have already been prepared.
Menu Planning
The menu for each month is planned in advance and published online on the ISOP website.
However, it is reviewed weekly and may be updated if needed due to ingredient availability or supply issues.
Canteen Payment System
ISOP Canteen operates a cashless system.
All payments must be completed online through your Loca account. Cash is not accepted at the canteen counter.

Food Allergens: Why Transparency Matters
To help keep our community safe and well-informed, we follow the guidelines set by Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, which ensures that everyone knows what’s in their food—especially when it comes to ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or intolerances.
For individuals with allergies or dietary restrictions, knowing what’s in each meal is essential. That’s why we clearly identify ingredients known to cause common allergic reactions, including:
- Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, their hybrids) except for certain glucose syrups, maltodextrins, and cereals used in distillates.
- Cow’s milk and related products.
- Eggs and derivatives.
- Fish and derivatives.
- Crustaceans (e.g., shrimp, crabs).
- Mollusks and derivatives.
- Peanuts and derivatives.
- Soybeans except for refined oil/fat and certain derivatives.
- Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew, pecan, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia) except those used in distillates.
- Celery and derivatives.
- Mustard and derivatives.
- Sesame seeds and derivatives.
- Sulfur dioxide and sulfites when exceeding certain concentrations.
- Lupin and derivatives.
- Poultry
- Beef
- Pork
Each allergen is assigned a number, and these numbers are clearly listed next to every menu item—both online and on-site at school—to help students and families make safe, informed food choices every day.
