For many of you, this might be your first time navigating the application process for your child. Rest assured, the process is straightforward, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. Should you need any support or additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Three Step Application Process

1. Application Submission

Start by completing the PYP Application Form online. The process is quick and straightforward—simply answer a few questions and submit the form directly through our platform. There’s no need for signatures or additional steps at this stage.

2. Application Review

Once your application and supporting documents (if applicable) are submitted, the ISoP Admissions Team will review your file. The review process for K1-K2 and Grade 1 begins in February.

• Parents may be asked for additional information.
• Parents will be invited for a meeting with the Admissions Team.
• Children shortlisted for Grade 1 will meet with the Admissions Team for a readiness assessment.

Decisions are typically communicated by the end of March.

3. Admission and Confirmation

If your child is accepted, you will be notified by the Admissions Office via email. To finalize admission:

• Pay the Enrollment Fee.
• Sign and return the School Contract by the given deadline.

Once these steps are completed, your child will officially be enrolled at ISoP.
