Step1 - Read & Inquire
Please familiarize yourself with our school by viewing our website. We will be happy to answer your questions as well as schedule a meeting and a tour of our school.
Step 2 - Apply
Please fill out appropriate Application Form and send it to email@example.com or submit at the office. The Application Form must be fully completed and signed by BOTH parents/legal guardians. Medical Form, prior school records, and evaluation reports (if applicable) must accompany the Application Form.

4. If a student has any psychological or educational evaluation reports, they must be translated into English or Polish and submitted at the time of application.
Only applications containing complete Application Form, complete Medical Form and prior school records will be send for Application Review.
Step 3 - Application Review
Once the application is received and reviewed by the Admissions Office, it is then sent to the coordinator of the relevant school for further evaluation. The coordinator decides on admission as well as grade and class assignment. Placement tests and/or additional meetings might be required.
Step 4 - Acceptance and Enrollment
Once the application is successfully processed and your child is admitted to ISoP, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule the first day of school. You will be asked to pay the non-refundable Registration Fee. Students may not start school if all paperwork is not complete and the Registration Fee is not paid.
